San Francisco offers many great sea side city events, and when Halloween rolls around, the excitement only rises. If you are traveling with children, consider the Halloween Hoopla: Dance and Parade for Kids. Located at the Children's Garden in San Francisco, this event will feature many fun and interactive activities for children, including a grand costume parade on October 30th. For the art lovers out there, consider attending "Witches!," a film production held at the famous San Francisco Modern Arts Museum.
